Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees inside the continental United States on orders under $250.00 are $5.00.
Shipping inside the continental United States on orders over $250.00: $7.50
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii: $7.50

International Orders :
We no longer ship Internationally.

Shipping Business Days:
At this time PMCer.com only ships on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Please be patient as we send your package on its way. We will have daily shipping in the very near future. We will email you a USPS confirmation number the day your item is shipped. We use the USPS for our shipping.

Out of Stock Items:
You will be notified by email on out of stock items. With your approval items will be put on back order, and will be shipped as soon as they are available. Your credit card will not be charged until that item is shipped. You will not be charged additional shipping for out of stock items. If there will be a delay of 3 weeks or longer, we will notify you.

Expected Deliveries:
When the items are in-stock, they are shipped the following business day after they have been processed. You will be notified by e-mail when the package has been shipped. Priority takes 3-4 business days for delivery, but is NOT guaranteed. USPS standard shipping takes 5-10 Business days for delivery. These times are from the date shipped and not from when the order is placed.

Return Policy:
We do not accept returns on opened packages. All sales are final and no refunds will be made. Manufactured defects or broken items may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us for a return authorization.
